Informed Consent
A space for emotional, somatic, and transpersonal support.
Facilitator: Licensed Psychologist Luz Aguiar (Mellina Aguiar Fernández)
Format: Individual online sessions
Duration: 60–120 minutes depending on the service
1. Nature of the Space
This is a confidential and supportive space designed to accompany emotional, relational, and personal development processes.
The approach integrates the exploration of inner experience through psychological, bodily, and, if meaningful to the person, spiritual dimensions as well.
The process may include:
- Regulation practices
- Emotional exploration
- Psychoeducation
- Exploration of personal, existential, or spiritual meaning
This space does not constitute medical clinical psychotherapy and does not replace regulated mental health services in your country of residence.
2. Transpersonal Approach
The transpersonal approach recognizes that, for some people, experiences related to connection, purpose, or spirituality may be part of their process.
- It does not promote specific beliefs
- It deeply respects each person’s belief system
- It does not replace religious, medical, or clinical psychological guidance
3. Scope and Limitations of the Service
- It does not include clinical diagnosis
- It does not replace clinical psychological or psychiatric treatment
- It is not intended for acute crisis or risk situations
If necessary, seeking professional support through local health services will be recommended.
4. Confidentiality
Everything shared during sessions will be treated with confidentiality and respect.
The only exceptions to this confidentiality are:
- Risk of harm to yourself or others
- Suspicion of abuse involving minors, older adults, or vulnerable individuals
In these situations, the facilitator has an ethical responsibility to act in order to protect safety.
5. Participation and Consent
Participation in this space is completely voluntary.
You have the right to:
- Ask questions at any time
- Accept or decline any practice or exercise
- Pause or stop the session if needed
6. Participant Responsibility
Participants are invited to:
- Engage honestly and consciously in the process
- Communicate any discomfort, questions, or needs
- Care for their well-being during and after sessions
7. Structure of the Space
Sessions last between 60–120 minutes depending on the service.
Sessions are confirmed through advance payment made at least one day beforehand.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 3 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered completed sessions.
Delays longer than 20 minutes may be considered a missed session.
8. Benefits and Limitations
This process may contribute to:
- Greater emotional and bodily awareness
- Nervous system regulation
- Development of personal meaning and purpose
Every process is unique, and therefore specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the nature of this support space.
