Sessions are held online through Zoom, allowing support across different locations, schedules, and life contexts.

Do I need previous therapy experience?

No. This space is designed to support personal processes according to each person’s pace, history, and needs.

How do I know which support process is right for me?

The intro call helps us better understand your current experience, your needs, and what you would like to work on so we can define the most appropriate support together.

What happens during the intro call?

It is a brief space to get to know each other, talk about your process, and answer any questions before beginning sessions.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes. Please provide at least 3 hours’ notice in order to reschedule your session.

Does this space replace clinical psychotherapy?

No. This support process does not replace clinical psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment. It also does not include psychological or psychiatric diagnosis.

What if I am experiencing an emotional crisis?

In situations involving acute crisis, risk, or the need for immediate support, it is recommended to contact local health or emergency services in your area.
